Hey guyssss, this week we are talking about being triggered and to be honest, I don't have the answers aswell. Sometimes I am able to talk myself and remind myself that no matter what emotion I feel, it is valid. But sometimes I feel guilty, I know I shouldn't but I just do.
Hey guys, its been a long week of getting better, the ups and downs are expected but i'm still pulling through thankfully. This process is soo intriguing because you can truly never tell what will trigger you or make you feel better. But we take it in our strides as the champions that we are. I also talk about how i'm working on my dislike for change, embracing new experiences, both small and big.
This is my real, raw, anxious, depressed self. Sometimes, life gets overwhelming and it takes a toll on me.

Welp! My own 2021 has just started. yes its march and yes i don't care LOL, but yeah i've been extremely overwhelmed and i'm finally ready and able to begin the year. Couldn't be happier to be talking to you again xx
