In this episode of Mental Health & Motherhood, I dive deep into my feels and share  my personal struggles with my bipolar disorder. I talk a little about how I found out I was bipolar and how difficult it was for me to focus on creating content for JuJuBe when I would receive my Creative Crew boxes. Though it can be very overwhelming for me when I'm triggered and become manic, I've found a few ways to help me still get things done.
