Our connections with others present an opportunity for us to connect with aspects of ourselves that we have hidden in the shadows of our consciousness, sometimes, for our entire lifetime. In this episode, we dig into the basics of how to do shadow work in community, in connection, and in relationship with other incarnate human beings. We discuss the importance of boundaries, the foundation of ancestral and generational trauma clearing work, benefits of embracing self-love for the self and for others, as well as examples of what it looks like when we step into unconscious, toxic versions of ourself. We have found that connections with others can be a vital tool in helping us gain freedom from the hell realms that we have been condemned to live in and it turns out that as much as the external world claims to know who is in and who is out, freedom, at the end of the day, is an inside job. "As above, so below." As within, so without.

Humans being social creatures has proven to be a challenge for our system as we naturally shift and change our form, our personality, our character. In this episode, we explain the four main categories of external programmers or incarnate guides who have joined us on our journey to earth in our past and current reality. We break down the impact that each of these guides has had on our existence and begin to share how we have managed to create healthier relationships with external others by improving our relationship with our inner self. Connecting is an inside-out, outside-in game. "As above, so below." As within, so without.

We talk about our journeys through mental illness with the powerful tools of poetry and humor lighting our path. Andreas not only shares some of his poems, but he also gives us a glimpse into the tenderness of his heart as he offers a glimmer of hope for the mystery we will face as the future unfolds. We are here as shadow workers and in this episode we share what we have learned from shadow wizards such as Eminem and Jesus. We also share tips for engaging with shadow aspects of your consciousness to hopefully help others bring their own light into the dark corners of themselves. In this episode we introduce Kevin Gema, a critical thinker, an awakening consciousness, an aspiring lawyer, and our long-time friend. We talk about what it means to be conscious and how to navigate this 3D reality from an awakened state of being; alternative interpretations of biblical and mythical stories; the trappings of dogma and the freedom in heretical ways of thinking; and our thoughts on the never ending story of life. Please enjoy this wild ride as we reminisce on who we used to be, who we currently are, and where we believe we are potentially headed.
Please be mindful that we talk about depression, suicide ideation and suicide attempts in this episode. If you or someone you know is struggling with suicidal ideation please reach out for help through the National Suicide Hotline at 1-800-273-8255 or The Trevor Project at 1-866-488-7386.

In this new segment of the podcast, we get the opportunity to share some of the beautiful mirrors that we have in friends, teachers, guides, and holy authentic beings, in and of themselves.
In this episode we introduce John Raux, an artist, a poet, a community activist, a traveler, and a sage (in my opinion). We talk about the dance of life in and through the realms of creating art, navigating nomadic ways externally and internally, and exploring what it means for us to be human. Please enjoy this ride of a conversation as we follow the threads of our own consciousness and let ourselves be led by the energy was flowing between us.

Let us introduce ourselves in our multidimensional nature. In this episode, you get a peak into what it feels like to express as a human who follows streams of consciousness as they flow with the neurotic edits of my "recovering perfectionist" ego. I spent ages aiming to be understood, to be concise, to be pocket-sized, to not take up too much space. I'm tired, I'm of filtering who I am to conform into a version of myself that I think will make others "happy." Finally freeing myself as myself and expressing as the version of self that I prefer to be has been a solid anchor, a noble tether to my continued existence as a human. Welcome to the fun house that will be Mental Magic, Always.

We've survived life on Earth for a number of years without realizing that we were existing to survive. In this episode, we give you a detailed introduction to our conception of the nature of our internal reality. Then we give you a peak into what happens when you awaken to realize that you, my friend, are an a**hole...But that doesn't HAVE to be the end of your story, as you are presently still existing on Earth and you have the ability to change if, and when, you want to. Your inner life is yours for the making - do with it what you will, but we implore you to please play at ease.

In an effort to find a beginning point, this episode is the backstory (from my perspective) of who I have been, who I believe I Am, and a peek into who I Am becoming. To know where we're going, we must first remember where we've been. This is a space where we can come together, hear stories about how we've survived life up to this point; how we're thriving in our experiences; how we're healing our past trauma and clearing our limiting beliefs; and ultimately how we're learning to manifest internal realities that we actually want to live into.
Please be mindful that we talk about anxiety, depression, suicide ideation and suicide attempts in this episode. If you or someone you know is struggling with suicidal ideation please reach out for help through the National Suicide Hotline at 1-800-273-8255 or The Trevor Project at 1-866-488-7386.
