In dieser Folge sprechen Wir mit Julia Tanck. Sie ist approbierte psychologische Psychotherapeutin (KVT) und promoviert im Bereich Essstörungen zum Thema Spiegelkonfrontation. Mit Julia sprechen wir über Diätkultur, Körperkult, Essstörungen und Krafttraining. Dabei unterhalten wir uns auch über die Rolle von Trainer*innen und Coaches im Kontext radikaler Ess- und Sportverhaltensweisen.

In dieser Folge sprechen Wir mit Mika Schmidt von @imagin_youth über die sogenannte körperdysmorphe Störung (KDS). Mika ist angehende psychologische Psychotherapeutin (Verhaltenstherapie) und promoviert derzeit an der Universität Osnabrück.
KDS stellt ein ernstzunehmendes Gesundheitsproblem dar und ist dabei eine relativ unterbeforschte aber dennoch häufige psychische Erkrankung. Mika erklärt uns, was es mit KDS auf sich hat, unter welchen zusätzlichen Erkrankungen Betroffene häufig leiden, wie KDS von einer Körperbildstörung abgegrenzt wird und was es mit dem ominösen Begriff "Muskeldysmorphie" auf sich hat. Außerdem gibt sie uns Einblicke in das Online-Therapie-Programm Imagin Youth der Universität Osnabrück und zeigt Wege auf, wie Betroffene an Hilfe kommen können.
