We have all be glued to our televisions, social media, and mainstream media and have been following the recent elections in America. And it seems like it is not over yet.

Looking at the mess, I want to share my thoughts with you regarding leadership and specifically the position from where you are leading.

Is Vulnerable a good thing?

It's important to be vulnerable because doing so allows us to share those things which have hurt us, and feel compassion in the act of sharing. And the same vulnerability allows us to experience great new avenues of thought

So last week I was away on a short break with my family to Ballito. We love it there and most days we spend on the beach and play in the ocean. This time was extra special as my daughters could enjoy the ocean with me. As Olivia and I were playing and jumping over the waves, this thought entered my head and I want to share it with you.

The whole picture of the waves coming in, me holding Olivia's hand, and helping jump over the waves is a great picture of what life is for all of us as well.
