Merely Players

The team takes on their biggest challenge yet - Jack Watts. It's a fight for their friend between our trio of misfits and the strange AI that has been developed in The Gameshouse. Will anyone make it out unscathed?

The gang is learning about the gods this week! But all knowledge comes with a price and our team takes on a task to help save Tuk from the poison that is slowly turning him to stone. As they prepare to leave for a desert trek, they do what anyone would naturally do on a night of rest - fighting pits, gambling, and drinking.

*Dreams of Saretta is an improvisational show in nature and strong language may be used throughout. Our goal is to keep this show light but also meaningful, so if we fall into scenes that are difficult to listen to, we ask that you look after yourselves. Any scenes or descriptions of darker material will come with specific content warnings in episode descriptions.

The team, now separated (which is *always* a good idea), explores deep into The GamesHouse, on the hunt for what could have caused ALBION to crash - and what they find may be a bit more than they bargained for. Will they all make it out in one piece? Here there be dragons, friends.

If your friends jump down into a pit in an underground hideout, would you? If you answered yes, you’re correct! Join the Arcane Investigators as they literally dive deeper into the mysteries surrounding the leader of the Thieves’ Guild, Tuk Quickly (as well as maybe poisoning themselves, possibly for fun, but hey - they met a cool tree, so it all worked out)

Marcus Fletcher goes home for the first time - but how much of it is real? And how much of another man is conscious in his mind? The team dive deep into the memories of their companion and venture into the home of the virtual world of ALBION in The Gameshouse.

Tavern brawls! Bartering with merchants! And…seemingly strange magic afoot? It’s D&D at its finest, my friends, and we are back in Saretta as our gang of misfits bumble their way through the shady outlaw town of Boranor: trust no one and keep your secrets close. *Dreams of Saretta is an improvisational show in nature and strong language may be used throughout. Caught in an alley outside The Black Hand, our team celebrates New Year's Eve by facing off with two would-be assassins and venturing into the headquarters of one of United City's most powerful criminal organizations.

(This is the episode where Austin gets the year wrong several times. (Honestly, my bad...). The year IS 2172, about to be 2173, which is the title.)

*CONTENT WARNING:

Discussions and allusions to off-screen torture from 1:18:50 - 1:20:10.

Having met at a crime scene which seems to link them all together on the South Side of the Central Ward, a trio arrives at a strange hotel and make a new connection as the time ticks away on New Year's Eve (2172)

**Austin gets the year the show is set in wrong several times over the course of the first few episodes, simply because they titled it '2173' and then decided to set it on New Year's Eve, technically the year before.
