They say that the only thing one fears more than death, is being embarrassed in front of one's peers. Not sure exactly who says that but it sounds pretty good and leads beautifully into the topic of this week's message on the machine.
Age & Mitch have entered the studio to discuss the crippling fear of what other people think, and how to manage and overcome it. In their typical fashion, Adrian has come in equipped with facts, quotes, and notes. And Mitch is the proud owner of a copy of "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck." That he's never opened.
The boys are very much at different stages in the journey of overcoming their FOPO as you'll soon realise (that's Fear of Other People's Opinions, and yes it's a real thing). Regardless, having completely and bravely thrown themselves out there in podcast form, week-on-week, not knowing whether the world would judge and ridicule, they have a few things to say on the topic.
