It's that time of year again. Some call it gay Christmas, others call it a festival of pure love. Pauline Hanson calls it the dismantling of traditional Australian values.
No matter who you are or who you vote for, it's impossible to ignore the fact that March is pride month down under, and Mitch & Age think that's a beautiful thing. So much so, that they've decided to dedicate the entirety of their TWENTIETH (!!) episode to the flagship Australian queer event: Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Festival.
Much more than just an excuse to get ratshit with the gals, Mardi Gras actually has a rich history born out of an enormous struggle by queer Australians of years past. So settle in, because the boys have done their research this week and are prepared to school the children. Once the talk of history is wrapped, settle in for a classic MOTM gossip on the whole damn festival. What's everyone wearing, which performances stole the show, and who's sleeping with whom. Or who didn't sleep with anyone. And listen in for a confession from Age that may shock.
We are wishing everyone who tunes in to this ep an enormous Happy Pride Month! Thank you for being authentically queer, or uplifting and supporting queer voices. We see you and we love you all.
