Lead Pastor Chad Allen kicks off this new series on the Afterlife as he looks at the truth that you are a soul with a body not a body with a soul. The Bible abundantly speaks of eternity, and for this series we will locate a few of the many times Jesus speaks to eternity and launch from there to get insight. One key passage where Jesus refers to several realities related to eternity is the story of the rich man and Lazarus in Luke 16. Here, he speaks to the realities of the soul, heaven and hell. Since the afterlife is a reality, we don't want the afterlife to be an afterthought.

Lead Pastor Chad Allen brings us the final message from the teaching series "Never the Same" as he looks at the life of Thomas, the disciple in John 20:19-31. Thomas doubted the resurrection, but Jesus came to Thomas and gave him what he needed to believe: His presence. Thomas declared his belief after seeing Jesus, and Jesus affirmed him and said those who believe without seeing will be blessed. The same decision is ours today: "Will we believe when we cannot see?"

Young Adults Pastor Josh Stone brings us to the next to last message in the "Never the Same" teaching series as he looks at Acts 9:1-27 and the story of the conversion of Saul. Saul met the living God on the road to Damascus and was never the same after that encounter. We can learn from God's changing of this very hard heart as we allow Him to change us as well.

Lead Pastor Chad Allen continues in the "Never the Same" teaching series as he looks at the woman at the well in John 4:1-42. Jesus reveals Himself to the woman at the well and exposes her need for spiritual life. She comes with a physical thirst and Jesus reveals her spiritual thirst. She goes from encountering a complete stranger to encountering the Savior. Her evidence of belief and transformation is her testimony in the town of Him being the Christ. In the same way, we need the Savior to quench our spiritual thirst with His living water that will never dry up, so that we can drink it and share it. She becomes a beloved child and a missionary simultaneously, and so should we.

Lead Pastor Chad Allen returns to take us into the fourth week of the "Never the Same" teaching series. Nicodemus was an influential and religious man, but he was confused. His curiosity got the best of him and he secretly came to Jesus with questions. Jesus got right to the point by explaining the need to be born again. We see how Nicodemus later was defending Christ, and helped bury Christ. He went from confused to converted: born again. In the same way, we need to come to Christ for the answers to our spiritual confusion, to which Jesus will tell us, "you must be born again." Chad will be looking at John 3:1-18.

Founding Pastor Rick Duncan guides us through the third week of the "Never the Same" series. Pastor Rick will show us that a story about a guy who, through the grace of Christ, leaves the cold, dark room of rejection and enters a kingdom of light and love which is a kingdom of acceptance. Zacchaeus was rejected by his peers, by his people, but Jesus accepts him. In fact, Jesus goes to Zacchaeus' house, and because Jesus accepts him Zacchaeus repents. The world might reject us, but God accepts us. His acceptance of us changes everything. It changes us. We are never the same.

Lead Pastor Chad Allen takes us into the second week of the "Never the Same" series. This week Chad will show us that touching the resurrected Jesus Christ changes everything. There's a difference between bumping into Jesus and touching Him. While surrounded by an eager crowd bumping into Him, a woman with chronic bleeding, reached in with desperation and faith to touch Jesus and she was never the same. In the same way, when we reach out in faith to touch Jesus, we experience healing and transformation and will never be the same. The narrative passage that Chad will look at is found in Mark 5:24-34.

Young Adults Pastor Josh Stone kicks off the second teaching series of 2015: "Never the Same." In this series we'll look at seven people who encountered the living God, experienced new life, and were never the same. This week, Pastor Josh will show us that the way you relate to religion is never the same once you encounter Jesus. He'll guide us through the story of the man born blind in John 9:1-38.

Lead Pastor Chad Allen wraps up "Get Fit", the first teaching series of 2015, with a look at how God ceased after 6 days of work and set aside a distinct day to rest and enjoy what He created. Although not commanded of believers today, the principle of Sabbath is still a wise and beneficial one for us to have in our rhythm of life. Practicing Sabbath regularly and well refreshes our whole being and frees us from the dangers of burnout and self-reliance, and expresses our embracing of Jesus as our Sabbath and our Lord of rest. Pastor Chad will look at Exodus 20:8-11 to show this need for Rhythmic Fitness.

Lead Pastor Chad Allen brings us the sixth message in the "Get Fit" teaching series for 2015. Pastor Chad will look with us at Philippians 2:3-8 and the idea of relational fitness. Just as Jesus emptied Himself for our benefit and humbly became a servant for our relationship with Him, we too are to humbly empty ourselves and serve those who are dear to us to experience healthy, fit relationships.
