Wearing the badge of a people pleaser is not the honour you want to continue holding onto. On the other hand, being an empowered empath is the healthier, more peaceful, and more aligned way to live. On my spiritual healing journey I've discovered the unhealthy attributes of being a people pleaser and how it can affect your self perception and the feeling of not being worthy. 

In this episode I dive into three of the life lessons I had to learn in order to shift my behaviour from people pleasing to being an empowered and compassionate empath. Along with detailing these lessons I share certain examples from my own life in how I learned these lessons. Divine Timing is the unfoldment of your life in alignment with destiny and what is of the highest good for all involved. You become disconnected from Divine Timing when you are gripping onto control, forcing life to go “your way”. Life begins to feel overwhelming and stressful when it feels like things aren't happening the way you want them to. The Universe is wanting to remind you that you are actually not in control the majority of the time. How can you flow with more ease and grace, peacefully moving through life? Learn to carry more trust in divine timing. But in order to do this you need to first understand what is blocking you from doing so.

A common question I hear from other empath souls, and a questions I've pondered a lot myself is, "What am I here for?". Whether you see life as your soul path or your soul journey, you wonder what your true soul purpose is in this lifetime. In connection with the Universe, I've channeled many messages that have helped to bring clarity to the question "what are you here for?", and it all comes back to harvesting your light. Learning how to live with presence, fully experiencing what life has to offer is how you can tune into your innate light. Then as you learn to share your gifts with the world around you, you begin to truly harvest that light.

Living intuitively means being able to trust your gut, or intuition, as you make big life decisions. Knowing you are moving along your soul path and actually living in alignment with your soul path can be challenging. It can be hard to embrace trust on your path, especially when fear, doubt and worry build and logically things don't make sense. This episode takes you through my own experience of learning to trust my gut when making a big life decision to move. I have a long history with moving, and I share some of the life lessons and healing I had to work through in order to build my trust in the universe and in myself.
