Meta-Cast

It took one hundred twenty four episodes, but Josh finally gets the opportunity to erase the nightmare of "Waterfall Bob". In our second part of the Difficult Conversations Role Play series the table is flipped, and Josh puts relentless pressure on Bob to settle on the next available candidate instead of waiting to hire the right person. We've all been there. Someone in your organization is convinced that something must/can/should happen, but you have no idea how reality can deliver on that challenge. What do you do? How do you explain to your peer/boss/whoever that it just isn't going to happen?
