In Episode 180, Josh attempted to explain how Eric Hannan, friend of the podcast, was evolving the role of product owners at his previous job. The attempt was valiant, but ultimately failed to deliver any real clarity. 😀
To remedy that situation, we asked Eric to join us for this episode and provide some insight around his efforts. Paired with those insights are a few well deserved barbs thrown Bob's way for some of the conclusions he jumped to a little too quickly about Eric's approach in Episode 180.

"It's 2020. What do you expect?"
We hear that a lot these days, and understandably so. 2020 presented each of us with a unique, and often brand new, set of challenges. Life is challenging in its own right, without global pandemics, social injustice igniting unrest, and piling on.
As a leader, you can expect someone in your organization to be challenged, to the brink, by all of this. What can you do? What should you do? We're here to help.
We have our list of hard "stuff" in hand, but we'd love to hear from you if there are any topics in this genre that we can discuss for you. Let us know how we can help!
