Kai talks about watching Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice at L.A.'s 4DX movie theater in Downtown, Vaporwave music, UFC 200 Card Announcement, and other crazy crap.

A lot of animal stories on this edition.  A man in the San Fernando Valley has dinner at a sushi restaurant, and instead of leaving a tip, leaves a 13 foot python.  Ever closer to home, a feeble mouse shows of the apparent incompetence of our two studio cats.  Then we get on about the dude who got the beat down at the Donald Trump rally in AZ.  Oh boy!

It's Kai, on a solo podcast from the down town lair, with emergency sirens blaring in the background.  Subjects include a breakdown of UFC 196, Donald Trump, people dropping like flies in DTLA, and more.

Kai Sets up shop at the new studio arrangement in skid row (DTLA), also known as "the heart of darkness", and rambles about the Grammy awards, the stresses of moving day, and smashing CRT television sets.  "no one" chimes in for a total of 75 seconds.  This episode is probably a lot funnier than this summary makes it sound. 

It's our last night here, and we're sad to see our original studio go.  It was more than just a studio... it was truly a community in East Hollywood for developing (and developed) metal and hard rock musicians, as it had been since the 80's, and continued to be up until it's last day in 2016. Kai, Moses, and Mickey commiserate this final podcast in the place where it all started.
