Jake Brown and Nelson Figueroa open the show talking about the series win over the Brewers. They discuss the doubleheader split, Jacob deGrom’s outing, Robert Stock’s Mets debut, Jose Peraza’s clutch homer, the bats not getting runs in, how good the Mets have been at home and Miguel Castro and Michael Conforto’s struggles. Jake then goes through all the food at Citi Field in two minutes. In “Five with Figgie,” Jake asks Figgie questions about his time playing and coaching in Taiwan.
