Join me for a conversation with Rowena Graham. Rowena lost her husband Mark over a year ago to ALS. Her and Mark's story is such an inspiring example of grace in the face of adversity. In our conversation we cover everything from staying positive and focused every day, the little blessings along the way, helping her daughters navigate their own journey and finding herself afterwards.
Join me for a conversation with Frankie Delgado. Frankie is in the Marine Corps Reserves and in his day job does recruiting, process improvement and leadership training in the oil and gas industry.
In today's show we talk through overcoming chaos and keeping teams focused amidst changes and especially when the best laid plans don't go like you hope. Managing through shifting priorities in the midst of that storm and using that time to reassess what's really important. We also talk about mentoring talent, even if that means that talent needs to find an organization that is a better fit.
I wanted to share a poem I was sent last week that has really been helping me. The poem is by Sarah Bourns and is titled "We've all been Exposed". This originally appeared on The Alliance website. (https://www.cmalliance.org/news/2020/03/25/weve-all-been-exposed/)
I hope you get as much out of it as I have.
Join us for Episode 5! Today's conversation is with business and performance coach Kevin Kepple. We will walk through some of the work he does with his clients, the power of leaning into what really makes you powerful and how to work through the resistance that naturally comes. During our conversation he also shares some of the challenges from his past, the things that got him there, and a little of how he got out. Finally, we talk about some of tools he uses to speed up insight and growth personally and how he gains near instant insight and empathy with those he meets. Enjoy!
