So here's something I wanted to share because it's the 9th of June, the feast of Colmcille, and for some reason I love the psychic energy of that monk.
He became a crucial part of my story in 2018 when I was dreaming of Donegal. And why the title?
Well it's what the cardiologist said to me when I survived the drama and escaped with only a stent. I asked him what I should do to keep healthy.
Enjoy yourself he said; it's later than you think.

That's the phrase this story ends with. It's an excerpt from the book Chest Pain and tells how I sought for a connection with Donegal just after having a heart attack in 2018. I'll read the second half in the next podcast tomorrow.
