Mika meets two men with weird goggles that may or may not exist.

Lain gets a new Navi. Now she can talk to her dead friend more, yay!  

She also gets peer pressured into going to a club or a rave or something that middle schoolers probably shouldn't be allowed to go to.   

We learn about Accela.

The band gets a new name. It's not Salted Tongue, unfortunately, but at least it's not Geavens.
