Hello everybody and welcome back to MentorZ, today we have on Michelle Kwok

Michelle is Co-Founder and CEO of the Female Laboratory of Innovative Knowledge (FLIK) and built the first female-focused apprenticeship portal.

FLIK allows ambitious females to take on apprenticeship opportunities under inspiring female founders to help earn practical skill sets and experience they need to push their trajectories toward success- something so often inaccessible for many who face social and financial barriers to success.

Michelle previously worked in traditionally male-dominated industries, such as sports, business and tech, and through these experiences she discovered her niche at the intersection of technology and impact. The apprenticeship program is available remotely which enables women in rural communities to gain equal access to opportunities as those living in urban communities.

Michelle is humble, bright spirited, and full of advice and life! I thoroughly enjoyed recording this episode with her.
