Mick Abel was excellent in his MLB for the Philadelphia Phillies, throwing 6 shutout innings and keeping pace with Cy Young candidate Paul Skenes, as the Phillies beat the pittsburgh Pirates 1-0 and sweep the 3 game weekend series. Also, Jose Alvarado was suspended 80 games for PED violations. He'll miss those games, plus be barred from the Phillies Postseason run.
