Please join us for this intimate conversation.
Including:
- You think you're prepared
- Stigma at how people grieve
- Words to never say to someone who is grieving
- The various other life stressors that can impact your grieving process
- Allowing transformation to happen and bringing something new into the world
Carol Banens lost her husband 5 years ago and has gone on a transformational journey from grief to joy.
After a year of acute grief, she knew she had a lot of years left to live and began creating the next stage of her life, without her husband.
She left her 36-year career as a physical therapist and became a Transformational Life Coach for midlife women before becoming a Certified Grief To Gratitude Coach and Certified Grief Educator.
Now she helps widows and widowers move from surviving to thriving in grief so that they can arrive at a place of peace and gratitude, and find meaning and purpose in life once more.
Through her grief, she also discovered a hidden creative spark and has published her first book of grief poetry, an Amazon #1 bestseller: ‘Kintsugi Your Heart: The Art Of Living With Grief’
(I know I'm biased, but you need to go buy not only her book BUT her audiobook. Her English accent is divine and I could listen to her all day....get a taste of it during this podcast interview as she reads one of her poems and then go HERE and buy her book)
