1 Thessalonians 4:1-8; Genesis 2:24-25; Matthew 5:27-30. While last week's message covered why not to pursue sexual immorality this week we take a look at why we should pursue sexual morality and how it can add be a blessing in our lives when practiced correctly.

1 Thessalonians 4:1-8. Sexual immorality is one of the most prevalent sins in society today. The Bible speaks clearly though to what it is, how it effects us and those around us, and how to avoid it.

1 Thessalonians 2:13-16. God 's word lays out a clear path for where's our faith should be moving us to and provides a clear depiction of what it should look like as we move ourselves towards a closer relationship with Him.

1 Thessalonians 2:1-12. When God gets a hold of your life He moves you to grow in Christ likeness and to go with Him on His mission to fill the Earth with His glory.  In setting up the church in Thessalonica Paul gives a great example for a faith that is missional(with bold initiative), is pure in motive(with the purest motive being love), and moves us to love like mothers and fathers.

Christianity was never meant to be a stagnant faith. Discussed today are three great ways to assess where we are in our spiritual life: 1) Responding to God's word. 2) Growing in Christ's likeness (Galatians 5:22). 3) Influencing others to follow Christ using the Word, the Spirit, and other people.

1 Thessalonians 1:1-3, 8-9; Acts 17:1-10. People respond strongly to hearing the Gospel. The Apostle Paul's mission trips in his lifetime demonstrate the same strong reactions that people give today to hearing the Gospel.

Nehemiah 1-2; Habakuk 2:14; John 7:38. Vision is a clear picture of what could be fueled by a conviction that it should be. God's vision for the Earth is Gospel saturation personally, locally, and globally. In this message you'll hear the three and five year plan of the church and how our mission aligns with God's vision for the Earth.

Most everyone has heard of the Golden Rule which is to treat others the way you want to be treated. This week we upgrade that rule and focus on what the Bible says about treating others the way Jesus treated them.

Money is mentioned in over 2300 verses in the Bible and Jesus preaches on money in more than 15% of his recorded teachings. Money is morally neutral but is one of the greatest indicators of where our hearts are. The Bible offers an abundance of guidance on the topic of money and how we as Christians need to interact with it.

Generosity comes in many forms.  Giving of your time, talent, and treasure is something we're all called to do as Christians.  When we sow generously, we reap generously.  We may not reap the way we expect to but the Lord is faithful to those who give.
