2020 am I right? Whew it's been a year and then some. Now it's the holidays and we're still busy in this new normal. What do you want most in your stocking? In this season of giving, I'm giving certain behaviors no more of my attention. I saw a meme last week titled, "Things I'm Not Apologizing For" and I found myself nodding my head. I don't know are the most powerful three words in the Universe. I'm confused and covering it with busyness. What I do know is that I (and by extension We) need to learn how to be still. Slow down is my new mantra. Let's explore how to slow down together. We can all use a break!
