Jennifer welcomes to the podcast, actor, comedian and mother, Mindy Sterling. A renowned character actor, Mindy honed her skills as a member of the Groundlings Improv Troupe. Jennifer welcomes visionary founder & CEO of Petal, Candice Crane. Although raised in Chicago, Candice’s roots take her back to her birthplace, South Africa, where she spent summers surrounded by the beautiful landscape and her amazing family. The idea for creating a line of sparkling botanical beverages was inspired by her two grandmothers who planted the seeds for Candice to become the botanical alchemist she is today. In 2017, Candice drew on her background in production and marketing and founded Petal, an organic sparkling beverage company focused on organic goodness – to celebrate the rebels and romantics who inspire her – and to empower women everywhere to make their own dreams come true. She is a mother to two daughters, wife to her loving soulmate, and a boss in her workplace.

Jennifer welcomes healer, practitioner, and yoga instructor, Tiffany Chambers-Goldberg. Tiffany is a movement therapist who works with physical and emotional trauma in the body. She is also an erotic movement teacher, IAYT yoga therapist, and a licensed bodyworker. With over twenty years of teaching experience in various movement practices, Tiffany has been heavily influenced by anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, dance, pole dancing, aerial arts, meditation, cranial sacral, and structural bodywork. She has made it her mission to help women dynamically heal their bodies and minds through private sessions and national workshops.

In this episode, Tiffany talks about her career as a movement therapist and the nourishment she receives from working with women to heal. Jennifer welcomes actor, writer, and advocate, Tembi Locke. Tembi started her onscreen career with the iconic comedy, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Currently, she can be found in roles on The Magicians, Proven Innocent, NCIS: LA, and EUReKA to name a few. She discovered her love of the written word at a very young age, writing short stories, journaling, and taking writing classes to grow her skills. After the loss of her husband, Saro, Tembi’s writing took on a completely new meaning. She began putting together the outline of what would eventually become her memoir, From Scratch: A Memoir of Love, Sicily, and Finding Home. Today, Tembi works as an advocate and speaks on topics such as loss, resilience, and connection. Together with her daughter Zoela, Tembi enjoys cooking, connecting, and traveling to Sicily to take in the gorgeous Mediterranean landscape and eat ridiculous amounts of gelato.

In this episode, Tembi reflects on the enormity of the love she had with, and still has for, her late husband, Saro. She opens up about the emotional journey that eventually led to writing her memoir.
