Jess is spilling all the mylk on this episode she is telling and divulging her entire heart from the time she was a child until her 30th year. You’ll want to tune in to this one because I think you’ll laugh you might have moments where you cry probably not cry but you will have moments where are you can relate or go holy shit that’s a lot. Trigger warnings there’s talk of sexual assaults traumatic events in her life and a little bit on her separation but ultimately Jess is spilling all of her mylk and overcoming hardships in her life so that she can move forward and help others spill their mylk in season 3. This episode spills all the details on terrible friends, horrible relationships, adoption, loss and more. This is the final episode of Spilled Mylk Season 2, it will also be the last episode where Jess is solo. She has moved in a new direction and only if you listen to the episode will you understand why and where Mylk Media is headed. The episode will keep you on your toes, will probably shock and surprise you and will give you hope that you are capable of overcoming whatever life throws at you. Have you seen Dirty John? The most recent events of Jessyka’s life are eerily similar. The most recent dating experience for Jess could literally be a movie - the red flags she wished she’d listened to earlier, the boundary pushing, control and the incidents leading up to charging her recent ex with harassment. And, of course, how she ended up getting proposed to in a text message. Women are often caught in this type of relationship and are too afraid to speak out in fear of being hurt - physically. Jess hopes to shed light on the realities of abusive behaviour and help other women feel validated in their experience to speak out and tell the police before another woman ends up murdered at the hands of their boyfriend like Gabby Petito.

To clarify my “sneezing fun fact” I found this online from a sexologist: Sneezing and orgasms both produce feel-good chemicals called endorphins but the amount produced by a sneeze is far less than an orgasm and there is no cumulative effect with sneezing so no amount of sneezing is going to feel like an orgasm. The other thing that sneezing and orgasms have in common are that they are both involuntary reflexes. While sneezing is not really like an orgasm, sneezing can be brought on by sexual arousal in some people. This is believed to be as a result of crossed wires in the autonomic nervous system. The nose surprisingly also contains erectile tissue which may become engorged when someone is sexually aroused thus triggering a sneeze or two.

Today’s guest is one of Jessyka’s favourite Instagram accounts to follow. Joseph Tito from @thedaddiaries.ca went from Jet Setter to Single Fatherhood to twin girls! His story is inspiring, uplifting and insightful with the most tactful touch of humour. Joseph’s journey was filled with the unexpected and yet, here he is still standing, smiling and making it through one luxurious day at a time by being the best solo parent to the two luckiest girls who call him Dad.
His journey to his girls had the whole world rooting for him, waiting on their phones to see if/when/how/who was going to bring them home from Kenya. Why? Because there is so much more work to do in the surrogacy world for single parents and the LGBTQ+ community. This is the story of how Joseph had to fake a marriage to a female, though he is openly gay here in Canada (which makes it harder for him to have a surrogate here) it was extremely dangerous for him to be openly gay in Kenya and the worst of it? Had they found out he was a single gay parent they wouldn’t have let him leave with HIS babies. The world has a lot of work to do to get to a place of equality for ALL families.
