Jesus Christ established the Church. It is an error to think of our life as Christians as individuals. We are called to participate in the body of the church. There are many members with different gifts in the church. We are like the human body that has different functioning parts but one body. If we know Christ we are saints set apart for the purpose of sanctification. We are one with the Father also in word and deed.

As Christians we are to serve Jesus every single day of our life. According to scripture we are the sent ones doing His bidding on this earth. If we see someone hungry we are to feed him or we are dead. Our relationship with Christ should glorify who He is.

We have the prescription for a wonderful life. It is the gospel of Christ. Our mission in life should be the same as Pauls. In Romans 1-16 Paul proclaimed, - For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to Salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jews first and also for the Greek.-

Like Paul we are called out to tell the good news of Christ. For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ , for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes - for the Jew first and also for the Greek. Our salvation is a gift from God who gives us strength daily to walk in Christ.

What is an apostle- A delegate chosen by Christ. Paul was set apart not by man, not taught, but came through the revelation of Jesus Christ. God chose Paul to give the Gentiles this special message.

We must redeem the time we are given here on earth. As Christ followers we must abide in Him so when Christ returns we have confidence and are not ashamed to stand before Him. We are the servants and God is the Master.

Paul who began his life persecuting Christians and later was persecuted for being a Christian wrote the Book of Romans in 58 AD. His Salvation was between 33-36 AD. Paul suffered for being a slave to Christ while establishing Churches where God desired them to be planted.

Exhort one another. Enduring exhortation is difficult. There is a way that seems right to a man. But its end is the way of death. We must not deceive ourselves by being merely hearers of the word. It is imperative that as a Christian we put the word to action by applying it to our lives. We must daily be in the Word, praying and allowing exhortation to change us through our hearts and minds.

Matthew 5-13-16 We are the salt of the earth but if the salt loses its flavor how shall it be seasoned- It is good for nothing except to be trampled underfoot by man. John 3-30 He must increase, but I must decrease. We are working for the glory of God. We want Christ to get the recognition. Then we have a joy and peace that no one else can give.

In John 15-5 it says, -I am the vine, you are the branches, without me you can do nothing.- - Through Christ we can teach, love, and be complete in Him. We must have faith in God in all aspects of our life. We must rest in His teachings. Then our joy will be full.
