Self Awareness is a big part of personal growth. It is what's going to get you from where you're at now to where you will be in a year from now. Without realizing what your mistakes, faults, best times, and best qualities are you will not be able to understand how to become the best version of yourself. In this episode I open up about where I have been in the last month and why I have not released a Podcast Episode since July. With my mental health diagnosis, it can consume and overwhelm me but I will not let it beat me down for too long. If you struggle with mental health, know it's okay to take a break and take care of it. It's okay to allow yourself to just breathe and focus on your needs for a little while. You come first, always.
