Rutland has trained and coached executives as well as emerging leaders in 16 nations and 38 U.S. States in groups of 3-2000, and in 1-2-1 sessions for more than 20 years.

He completed his professional coach certification with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. He earned a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Ole Miss.
