to my lovelies who are struggling to cope with your family expectations, i hope you know that you are doing a great job even if that is not mentioned to you, i appreciate that you are still trying your best and when you are struggling to the point where you can't cope, there is no harm in reaching out for help. No one will think any less of you.
to my lovelies who are fighting your own battle with anxiety, i hope you know that when you've already made that decision to fight it, you have already won.
remember that sometimes anxiety is produced and born from our own thoughts and assumptions, take a step back and look at yourself from an outsider’s POV and remind yourself that those are not real, your thoughts can lie at times because you fear so much that your body throws out a defensive reaction against yourself.
try not to push unrealistic expectations towards yourself or another person. save yourself the disappointment.
this week allocate a day where you can be slow paced and notice how all the small mundane things can actually bring a sense of comfort to your life.
take some time to think about your life settings and how you can protect yourself from situations you know are going to impact your wellbeing in a negative way. do not settle less for anyone or any situation.
Take time for yourself, it makes a huge impact on both your mental and physical health.
it took me a while to GPS my way into learning the art of being grateful. I hope you take that step into finding your own art of gratitude.
