Mandy Bynum Mc Laughlin is a dreamHER, creatHER, and distruptHER on a mission to expand access to meaningful opportunities while spotlighting the brilliant woman of color (centered on Black and non-binary identifying) who are changing the face of venture capital. Through her work as an LP (limited partner) investor in Venture capital funds like How Women Invest and Zane VC, Mandy has advised and served on several boards including non profits like Bay Area Creative, Camp Equity, and the YMCA, and VC backed startups like Inclusively, Hitch.works, and Edify. Before working with founders, startups, non-profits and VC firms full-time, Mandy spent over 12 years building sales teams for companies like Yelp, SurveyMonkey, and New Relic and experienced two large IPOs in the process. Lastly, Mandy is an author of the book My Social Justice Dictionary, published Feb 2022.
