Sebastian Keanu B Rivera is a musician, actor, athlete, and real life Troy Bolton who thrives off of routine.
"What does routine bring you?"- Brenda
"Happiness, for real for real. I feel stronger, smarter, like I'm invincible." Sebastian is young and ready to step into all of his success. Finally finding things that really work for him, he has been able to establish a routine for his life that makes him the BEST version of himself. "I think it's not about getting strong really...I want to be able to move. Mobility over strength and looks." is just one beautiful thing he shares in this episode. It is so exciting to see people finding what works for them at such a young age. I love that this next generation prioritizes themselves. We are looking at a beautiful future.
My favorite part of his routine is drinking water right when you wake up... I did that for a hot bit last year and it made me feel AMAZING. I am going to begin consistently incorporating that into my mornings in order to follow in Sebastian's footsteps. :)
