I really wish someone would have told me this sooner... because I think it would have saved me months of anguish and sadness!

Hi! I'm back and have been wanting to record an episode on emotions for awhile. Simply put-these are MY 6 steps to getting yourself to feel all of your stuff so that you may LEVEL UP. Happy New Year! 

I'm Brenda. And this is year 2 of Mindful Months. A space in which we jump into different themes and incorporate more awareness into our daily lives. 

We begin the year- with a deep reflection of my 2021 and the places in which deep healing occurred. Our healing isn't linear and there's a good reason why we need to make peace with that idea. Listen in for why 🦋

We got to zoom it out with single dad of 2 boys and certified coach Jay Skibbens in November and we are SO GRATEFUL to have had him share his experience and story. He has been on QUITE a journey and conquered many fears and that now allows him to hold space for so many single parents and humans so that they may take their life back into their hands.
