A lot of those days where we feel entangled in thoughts, lost for decisiveness, or just lack proper discipline in life, we want to live consciously and attain peace of mind. This requires one to practice Mindfulness in its purest form which takes time and patience, although there might be a way around it to clear your mind for a while to help you see clearly.
