Mitchell Villani is an Iridologist, Health Coach, and a detox and fasting guru! Mitch has a unique way of helping, contributing and engaging with people that makes you feel supported, motivated and like opportunities are around every corner!
Mitch is an incredibly inspiring man who went from being the kid who was picked on and beaten up at school to being an elite athlete and one of Australia’s best hockey players competing across the world. Mitch had a huge impact and earned a lot of respect from how he played the game.
However, unfortunately after multiple injuries and shoulder reconstructions he found himself in a position of constant chronic nerve pain which then began to take effect on his mental state which found himself being diagnosed with depression. Mitchell continued to experience greater health problems in which one of the only ways he could make it through the agonizing days was to turn to pain medication drugs.
As the years went on Mitch needed to come to make some decisions and was faced with limited options with being told that a high risk spinal surgery was potentially being the best option with a 1 in 4 odds of potentially becoming paraplegic. But it wasn’t over and in one last search for an alternative solution, Mitch was dragged to one holistic health seminar by his Mum which completely turned everything upside down. His beliefs were shaken, a new path emerged and he was put on a path towards healing.
Mitch’s experience inspired him to begin to dedicate himself to contributing his love and passion of healing into helping others do the same and has a good list of transformations to show for it!
