Also, Susan talks about people can be easily distracted so you need to identify if you are a starter or a finisher for you to be able to maximize and co-work with each other. Lastly, Susan leaves us with 4 D’s first is “Dump it” learn to say no, the second is “Delegate it”, and third, “Defer it” Move items that are not important and learn how to prioritize, and lastly, “Do it!”.
