Dear everyone,

Welcome to our second Radio Episode titled "We Need To Be Quarantined At Times" which is brought to you by the joint effort of Meditation Master Minh Niem and the Meditation Psychotherapy Communities - Mindful Living Land in many places.

We are now in a historic period as together, the government and we are determined and unanimous in our social distancing practice to fight against COVID-19 pandemic. We need to stay at home during this time and not go out except for some absolutely essential circumstances.

These are memorable days as our life has been very much different from before. But not to let distance separate us, we need to be proactive in new situations, even though our daily routines might have turned upside-down and filled with more challenges. With this radio episode, Master Minh Niem and everyone in the production team have pushed forward to have it on the air in time to be our companion with peace of mind as we go through the quarantine period alongside with our loved ones in our very own home. Tomorrow will come when we shall go outside again, hugging friends, shaking hands, and living our lives with so much more love, care, and responsibilities toward one another.
