First, congratulations to Morocco's soccer team. Although they did not win their match against France, they were able to bring together Palestinians and Israelis, who both rooted for them. Even this slight connection might, if supported, help lead to peace.
This morning we discuss what not to say when making a Shiva visit. (This is a condolences visit to a family mourning the death of a family member. For seven days the family stays at home, receiving visitors, telling and hearing stories, paying tribute to the loved one who passed away.) Plus guidelines on what to say, and how to act, in order for this visit to be meaningful and helpful to the family.
