The company provides haptic technology to create immersive and realistic experiences that enhance digital interactions on mobile devices. Immersion's technologies have been adopted in more than 3 billion digital devices that, along with mobile, include automotive, gaming, medical and consumer electronics. Immersion was put on my map after learning about the haptic feedback technology going into the Ps5 DualSense controller. I was skeptical of it at first, but after trying it for myself, I'm sold. The tactile feedback was impressively responsive and immersive. I've been wanting to do a quick analysis of this stock and with their most recent quarterly earnings reported last week, I figured I'd look into it further. As a follow-up to my last episode where I cover the best small-cap growth stocks to buy now, in this episode, I go over the best growth stocks growing over 100% to buy now. Every stock on this list is growing over 100% year over year, so these companies have all seen a huge acceleration in business in the past year. Some may write these stocks off due to this drastic acceleration due to the roni-rona, or that too much future growth is already priced in. Although that may be true, I believe these companies are well-positioned as leaders in growing industries and they still have significant upside in the decade to come. In this episode, I'm going through 5 growth stocks to buy now under $10. My friends have mentioned that they'd like to own shares of a company and while they can do so with fractional shares, they would rather pick a smaller, high-growth stock that they can have multiple shares of. This list of growth stocks is a compilation of exciting small-cap growth stocks that I'm looking to buy. So, I've done the research and I'll share with you my findings, analysis, and opinions on each company. In this episode, I go over a wide range of companies ranging from MJ, to plant-based meat, to bioplastics, to critical communications. These are the stocks I'm looking to buy now under $10.

While in the past year it's easy to feel that stocks only go up, the past two days have been a reminder that selling can pick up quickly. It is important to have a strategy and gameplan when these sell-offs do happen, as making emotional decisions under duress is not a viable way to invest. Let's hear from two successful investors (Peter Lynch and Cathie Wood) on volatility and their approach to taking advantage of it.
If you've been following the podcast for a while, you know that I've covered Lucid Motors and CCIV extensively. Well today, February 22nd, 2021, Lucid Motors announced that they are going through with the proposed merger with Churchill Capital Corp IV. It's been a long time coming. But what's with this huge 30% sell-off in after hours? Let's talk about it. CCIV and Lucid are combining at a transaction equity value of $11.75 billion. The transaction includes an approximately $2.1 billion cash contribution by CCIV and a $2.5 billion, fully committed PIPE with an investor lock-up provision that binds holders well beyond closing. The PIPE is priced at $15.00 per share (a 50% premium to CCIV’s net asset value) with an implied pro forma equity value of $24 billion.
