Property Solutions (PSAC) confirmed on Thursday what had been rumored for a few weeks: It's merging with Faraday Future in a deal that will take the long-struggling electric-car start-up public by the end of June. Let's celebrate Hims & Her (HIMS) shareholders. Cathie Wood came in clutch to stop the sell-off which put Hims back near its ATH. I originally talked about Hims & Hers in my Best Stocks To Buy in 2021 episode; however, after this news, I wanted to make a dedicated video on the topic. Hims, Inc. is a telemedicine company that operates Hims and Hers, which sell men's and women's personal care products. Hims, Inc. was founded in 2017 with the launch of Hims, and Hers was launched in 2018. In January 2019, Hims became the second-fastest startup to become a so-called "unicorn" after Bird. Hims and hers offer a modern approach to health and wellness. Their mission is to eliminate stigmas and make it easier for people to access care and treatment for the conditions that impact their daily lives. That starts with creating an open and honest culture of care that is accessible for everyone, no matter who you are or where you live. Since launching in November 2017, they’ve raised over $200MM in funding and are one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands in history.

Wall Street Bets has taken the financial world by storm, by amassing a storm of short squeezes against notable hedge fund managers. With a community of over 2 million people, Wall Street Bets has pumped the price for certain stocks, most notably Gamestop (GME) to parabolic heights. This is a win for the individual investor and a clear sign that they shouldn't be underestimated. This has been amazing to watch and it will definitely go down in financial history. How will it end? Who really knows.. but all I know is that I would hate to be short these stocks. Sorry (not sorry) Andrew Left.
