I do a bit about an ocean documentary I watched tonight. Then I ruminate on podcasting stuff and shit flies completely off the rails. 

Remember, this is my therapy. Try to not judge. But i will not be mad if you do, hell I am judging me. 

This guy who works in my building is terrifying! He could easily rule the world using only the power of his voice if he so chose. 

Also, I do a quick rundown of my gear.

I delve into other comedy podcasts and how disgusted I am with what I found. I then recount a recent trip to a grocery store where I got to see a standard issue Sassy Fat White Woman in her natural habitat. Then a Public Service Announcement for men everywhere.
