The strategy of the BULLY is to psychologically break down the target.
It's to make people view the target in a 'negative' light.
It is psychological and spiritual warfare.
When 'words' don't work then the
BULLY/PERPETRATOR will up ante to affect the target in a more 'direct' and 'physical' manner.

I came into my bldg last night around 9:15-9:20 pm and there was someone sitting in the lobby staring ..INTENTLY at the door.
Was that him? The next door neighbor that constantly harasses and stalks me?
I'm perplexed because I only got a glimpse of his profile.You
IF that was him was that meant to INTIMIDATE me?
WHO was he waiting for?
HOW long was he there for?
Just questions I'm pondering.
The most important question is....
WHO put him up to doing that?
He's banging right now as I'm making this podcast.
That's one of the consequences when you pry, spy stalk and hack into someone's phone I suppose.

It was 7:57 pm as I stepped out of the shower.
The pounding started. It so happens it wasn't the tenant in apt 1423 but rather in 1425.
For they were the ones who started it all the minute I moved in.
You should see how much they want to antagonize me.
How much information was given to them by my enemy so now they want attention.
Daily they stalk and spy upon me.
Looking to hear or trigger some type reaction from me.
I DESPISE them all.

Now I am waiting here because she said she would send maintenance to change the batteries.

The guy in apt 1423 was given my personal information by that demon.
He was also given the technology to eavesdrop one whilst my device is off.
She's a horrible HORRIBLE person who has put me in a horrible situation.
How evil can you be to give an absolute stranger personal info and coded technology in order to harass, traumatize and stalk someone?

It's 2am and the next door neighbors in apt 1425 have been harassing me ever since I moved in.
Even before the guy on my left moved in.

SLEEP DEPRIVATION....is a KNOWN military tactic that is used on foreign enemies.

She is also ex-military. This has been a tactic of hers against me for many years now.

I have been complaining about her for that long also.

Gang stalking is not only wrong it's very very dangerous.

When you have someone that constantly gives your personal information to strangers.
Just to have those very same strangers stalk, harass and terrorize you.
Even your own neighbors.
