If you want to grow... you have to reflect on your mistakes to learn from them. We have a culture of brushing our mistakes under the rug especially with social media, but I will continue to choose to be vulnerable so we can normalize making mistakes & growing from them. I am a human & I made some very well-intentioned, but very human mistakes this year & in this episode I reflect on what they taught me.

And now I'm a different person entirely because of them & how I've grown.
