Is sleep a saviour, well I can vouch for that on account of personal experience, it's always is. But are we getting that adequate amount of productive sleep, which shuttle us into a space of energy, positivity, good health and most importantly a state of happiness.
Well in today's time with the loads of distractions we are having and a certain amount of ill digital habits we are falling into a huge sleep deprivation cycle.
There can be ways to bounce back, starting with as simple as a genuine hustle of 8 hrs in a day, followed by a timely quantified nutrition and most importantly going into a digital stone age scenario ( atleast 1 hr before we sleep)
