  • S2:EP 25: Random Thoughts - Sleep and it's importance
Is sleep a saviour, well I can vouch for that on account of personal experience, it's always is. But are we getting that adequate amount of productive sleep, which shuttle us into a space of energy, positivity, good health and most importantly a state of happiness.
Well in today's time with the loads of distractions we are having and a certain amount of ill digital habits we are falling into a huge sleep deprivation cycle.
There can be ways to bounce back, starting with as simple as a genuine hustle of 8 hrs in a day, followed by a timely quantified nutrition and most importantly going into a digital stone age scenario ( atleast 1 hr before we sleep)
In my today's podcast titled " Random Thoughts- Sleep and it's importance " . I have tried to touch upon this topic.
Why Random thoughts as the header , " Trying out a new concept where in speaking without a structured script, moreover speaking completely the thoughts in mind, unfiltered"

  • S2:EP 20:7 effective habits
Everyone of us wants to be effective and successful be it workplace or personal life. But have we thought , how there's a need of "paradigm shift" using our "character ethic". 7 habits of highly effective people speaks a lot about it.
    1. Be proactive- visualize before , plan and execute, it keeps us one step ahead
    2. Begin with the end in mind- Where we want to reach and what we want to achieve, be it a marketing campaign or personal ambitions. This gives us clarity
    3. Put first things first- Prioritize and allocate, resource and time both are limited
    4. Think win-win- Collaborations with gains for both always helps
    5. Seek first to understand more- Lets listen, analyze and then speak
    6. Synergize- Team up, more thought angles better the results
    7. Sharpen the axe- keep updating compounding, if we want to be on a starting position
I have covered these 7 habits in details and with examples of work and life in my latest podcast " 7 Effective habits" . This is a summary of the book by Stephen R covey. Do listen and give me a feedback
