2.5 oz Boodles Rhubarb & Strawberry Gin

.5 oz. Lime Juice

.5 oz Rhubarb simple syrup

Mix all in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, strain into large balloon wine glass filled with ice, top with Fevertree elderflower tonic and garnish with a strawberry.
