What’s worse, is that at their ten-year reunion, they’re reminded of how far they could have gone and how little they’ve done with their lives.
But, a chance encounter with a pornstar gets Dean’s brain working. What if the answer to all their financial issues is making their porno? Together, Dean and Cas, along with their friends Ash and Charlie, set off to make a porno. However, as Dean and Cas know all too well, luck is never on their side.
With cast and crew, a great script, and support and encouragement, everything seems to goes smoothly. Until Dean and Cas realize they’ve caught feels for each other. Will their sex scene ruin twenty plus years of friendship? Or will it be the catalyst to something more?

Castiel doesn’t mind working security duty; he was briefed shortly after the initial salvation of the Sword from the pit, and again before taking up his position. He knows what to do. However, it’s easy to forget that the green room isn’t real. Time moves differently there, the space ever-changing to make a prison of mountains, cathedrals, salt flats, orchards, and whatever Castiel was led to believe about Heaven’s greatest weapon—Dean Winchester is something entirely unexpected.

Castiel Novak had known Dean Winchester his entire life. Growing up together, the two friends’ worlds revolved around one another, each of them looking forward to their annual summer get togethers at the Winchesters’ farm and winery, located in the rolling hills of Napa, California.
However, it only takes one night for seventeen years of friendship to all come crashing down. When Castiel confesses his feelings for Dean, his friend’s rancorous reaction sends him packing. Castiel leaves, and stays away for ten years.
When Dean’s father John falls ill, Castiel begrudgingly visits the farm again for the first time in a decade. Castiel is nervous to relive that night. He is nervous to be back at a place that holds so many memories. He is nervous to see Dean for the first time in so long.
While he grapples with his anger and hurt, he also has to grapple with the fact that the feelings he holds for Dean may still be there after all this time.

It feels like some sort of cosmic joke. A man, his would-be lover/platonicish life partner, and two of his ex-hook-ups walk into a bar. Only Dean is struggling to find the punchline. When Claire’s car breaks down, Dean and Cas interrupt their semi-retired life to meet up with a local hunter in need of back-up. Unfortunately for Dean, they’re meeting up in a dive bar that just happens to be the local haunt of his ex, Rhonda Hurley. Even worse, Cas and Claire neglected to mention the hunter they’re meeting is Annie Hawkins, one time lover to Dean (not to mention Sam and Bobby).
But that’s okay, because Dean figures they’ll get the details of the case and head out. If there’s one thing Dean’s good at it’s killing, and now, with the Mark of Cain hungry on his forearm, the First Blade in his hand, and no qualms when it comes to the intricacies of right and wrong, he can showcase his talents as much as he wants. And he wants.
Crowley is quick to sink in his hooks and get a Winchester on his side. Sam is determined to get his brother back, to save him no matter the cost, but Castiel isn’t sure Dean wants to be saved.
Weakened by failing grace and running out of time, Castiel has to make the hard choice: kill the man he’s given everything for, or sacrifice everything he stands for to bring him back.
