A continuation of our series on the C.I.A.'s mind altering experiments which started with Operation Paperclip then moving into MK Ultra. We focus in on the travesty that occured in Canada as part of this mind experiment and whether or not the U.S. government actually shut the program down as they claim or just renamed it and continued on under the radar.
