Also Mike reviews Shazam!, Catastrophe: Season 4, Showtime’s Black Monday, and 2017’s Best Animated Feature nominee, Ferdinand. Then Mike 1 gives his rapid fire review treatment to Survivor, MTV’s The Challenge, HBO’s The Inventor, & Ministry of Evil, and we both do our customary SeeBuySkip before we talk about the best thing we watched this past week. Then we dive into conversations about several fun audience interactions. There’s one carryover from last week from our MMOasks about your top experiences with horror films, a fantasy casting question about who you’d want to see in upcoming Tarantino movies, and we talk about the most awkward films we’ve watched alongside our families.

The Box Office Update includes a big discussion on how Jordan Peele’s “Us” and Captain Marvel have outpaced expectations.
