A Minnesota State Trooper is facing murder charges in the death of a black man during a traffic stop. Civil Rights attorney Harry Daniels is representing Ricky Cobb II's family. He's here to discuss the charges and why it took so long for trooper Ryan Londregan to be held accountable.
