The third eye chakra allows us to see what you cannot see with your normal physical eye, and is a critical element of developing your intuition. Having an open and activated third eye is crucial for you to have open and clear communication with your Spirit Guides and the higher realms.
 
However, things such as excessive fear, unresolved karma, overactive mental energy and crippling self doubt can cause your third eye to become blocked and difficult to activate.

Tis the season for family gatherings.... and healthy boundaries.
