Can prayer be a tool for deep healing and sacred connection?
Join us in conversation with Heidi Smith, psychosomatic therapist, herbalist, and author of The Bloom Book and The Uncommon Book of Prayer, as we explore the healing power of prayer as a somatic, spiritual, and ancestral practice.

Heidi shares how her work with survivors of complex trauma has evolved to include ritual, flower essences, and the wisdom of the body, and how prayer can be a sacred container for transformation. Together, we discuss the beauty of slow healing, the role of nature in trauma repair, and why reclaiming prayer can feel both radical and deeply personal.

✨ Whether you’re curious about trauma-informed ritual, or looking to reconnect to your spiritual guides, this episode offers gentle insight and embodied magic.

A fresh breeze is blowing through the cosmos as the Sun enters Gemini on May 20. After the deep embodiment and resistance of Taurus season, Gemini invites us into curiosity, conversation, and movement. It’s a time to open the windows — literally and energetically — and let new ideas circulate.

A playful yet powerful mental shift that sets the tone for a dynamic few weeks. We explore what gemini can offers us: flexibility, perspective, and adaptability — especially in the face of major energetic changes ahead.

The transits covered in this episode signal both inspiration and intensity. Venus and Mars dance in fire signs, the Sun connects to Neptune and Pluto, and Mercury is about to awaken in its home sign — Gemini. We also feel the weight and promise of Saturn entering Aries, a major collective shift we’ll unpack more in a special episode next week ;)
